Im März 2008 rebellierten Studenten in Barcelona und Sevilla gegen den Bologna-Prozeß. Sie besetzten Gebäude und bewegten am 6. Im vergangenen Monat (datum des beitrags: dann verständlich. oder genau datum an dieser stelle) organisierten Studenten eine Veranstaltung an der Universität "Complutense de Madrid" ("an der Madrider Uni" wär mir zu kurz.), um über die Reformen zu diskutieren. An der Diskussionsveranstaltung nahmen 1.000 Menschen teil. wikibildung.

Seit jetzt mehr als 3 Wochen (datum des orig.-beitrags hier! menno! april ist zwar wohl gemeint aber hm!) haben mehr als 200 Studenten verschiedener Fakultäten an der Aufklärung ihrer Mitstudenten über die Beschneidung ihrer Rechte im Zuge dieser Reform gearbeitet. Teil dieser Arbeit war auch die Organisation einer Demonstration gegen den Bologna-Prozeß am 8. Mai 2008 (HÄ?) (also wenn´s stimmt leute: a) ZEITUNG AM 9.5. also am nächsten freitag besorgen! irgendwoher! b) (!) INDY ENGL AM 8.5. durchsuchen - einer Demonstration gegen Bologna am kommenden Donnerstag - und der Beginn einer Netzwerk-Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Universitäten in Spanien. wikibildung.

Resistance in Spain: - engl. version

In March 2008 students in Barcelona and Sevilla rebelled against the Bologna process. They occupied buildings and mobilized 13.000 people to protest against the education reforms on the 6. March.

Last month students organized an event at the UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) to discuss the reforms where 1.000 people took part. For three weeks now more than 200 students from various faculties have looked themselves inside the faculty of philosophy and have been working on mobilizing students, organizing a demonstration against the Bologna process on the 8th May 2008 and start a network with other universities in Spain.wikibildung.

Many of the planned reforms in Spain are similar to those passed in Germany recently. Studies will be split in Bachelor ('Grado') and Master degree, the ECTS-system will be introduced. Universities are suppose to open up to economic interests and partners. Tution fees are suppose to increase and credits from banks for students are planned to become popular.wikibildung.

The students might be locked inside the faculty, but they are not alone. In the meantime students in other cities have organized protests as well. Occupations and demonstrations took place in Cadiz, Sevilla and Granada.wikibildung.
